Ingredients

1 portion
  • 5 tablespoons birdseed
  • 1.5 liters mineral water
  • Water, little

Preparation

Soak 5 tablespoons of canary seed in a glass with mineral water one night before preparing the recipe.
The next day, drain the birdseed.
Before preparing the milk, boil the liter of mineral water and let cool.
The seeds are placed inside the blender with a little water. It liquefies well, for a few minutes.
Blend the seeds with the mineral water for a few minutes, you will notice how the milk forms.
Strain with the help of a Chinese sieve to remove the remains of birdseed. Then strain with a cloth strainer (you can help yourself with a blanket of sky) to remove the smallest remains. Refrigerate

PRESENTATION

Serve very cold.

Hola. Tengo una pregunta. Tomo esta bebida todos los días. Me la recomendaron para controlar mis niveles de azúcar en mi tratamiento de diabetes. Ayer olvidé poner a remojo el alpiste y así lo hice directo a la lucuadora y quedó igual que si lo hubiera remojado. Hasta más espesito. ¿tiene algún caso remojar el alpiste? Muchas gracias...!!! ¿Cual es la fuente en la que te basas para decirnos que tiene las proteínas vegetales suficientes que dices? Una cosa es compartir recetas y otra es hacerla de nutrióloga 😉
