Preparation
Soak 5 tablespoons of canary seed in a glass with mineral water one night before preparing the recipe.
The next day, drain the birdseed.
Before preparing the milk, boil the liter of mineral water and let cool.
The seeds are placed inside the blender with a little water. It liquefies well, for a few minutes.
Blend the seeds with the mineral water for a few minutes, you will notice how the milk forms.
Strain with the help of a Chinese sieve to remove the remains of birdseed. Then strain with a cloth strainer (you can help yourself with a blanket of sky) to remove the smallest remains. Refrigerate
