Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 glass natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated cranberry
  • 3 walnuts, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran, preferably toasted
  • 3 almonds, chopped

Preparation

Mix yogurt, cranberries, walnuts and almonds.
You serve the above in a cup and you sprinkle the bran, you end up decorating with honey.

TIPS

If you like you can add chopped natural fruit.
