Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 3 tablespoons milk, or water
  • 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1/3 cups cranberry
  • 1 green apple, girl

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the apple.
Grate the apple with a grater and add to the mixture.

TIPS

You can serve it cold or hot as you prefer.
