This recipe for oatmeal jar with fruit is a very complete and delicious breakfast that you can take and eat on the way to work. It is very easy to prepare and you can customize it with the ingredients that you like the most.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 5 soup spoons of oats
  • 2 spoonfuls of chia
  • 2 spoonfuls of grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of nut chopped
  • 1/2 piece of banana cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut milk
  • 1 on of Sugar substitute

    Preparation

    In a jar with lid add all the ingredients. Mix well until they are perfectly integrated and cover the jar.
    Let rest the whole night in the refrigerator. Add a little more milk if it is very dry.

    You can change the coconut milk for the one of your choice, as with the fruit.
