Prepare these easy oatmeal, flaxseed and sesame cookies that are crispy and with an unparalleled flavor. They do not carry flour and the best thing is that the mixture of grains makes them delicious and nutritious. Ideal as a snack

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugars brunette
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 Cup of flaxseed
  • 4 spoonfuls of sesame seed

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla essence and salt.
    Add the oatmeal, flaxseed and sesame, mix until integrated.
    Place a tablespoon of dough on a tray with waxed paper. Repeat, leaving a space of 3 cm between each portion.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a glass of milk or take them in your bag as a snack.

    TIPS
