Ingredients

12 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla essence and salt.
Add the oatmeal, flaxseed and sesame, mix until integrated.
Place a tablespoon of dough on a tray with waxed paper. Repeat, leaving a space of 3 cm between each portion.
Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a glass of milk or take them in your bag as a snack.

TIPS
