Ingredients

6 portions
  • 150 grams instant oatmeal
  • 1 egg white
  • 200 Water
  • 1 teaspoon soy oil
  • 3 yeast
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • salt, or spices to taste

Preparation

Activate the yeast with a pinch of sugar and a splash of water.
Mix the oatmeal with the spices or salt to taste, the drizzle of oil and the egg white. Add the yeast and water mixture
Stir everything and take it to the oven, you can in a mold. 7 minutes on each side.
Let cool and cut into squares.

TIPS

- the dough itself is wet, so do not think it's badly cooked - you can eat it with whatever, salty or sweet
