This recipe is rich and healthy and ideal for a diet. The egg white breakfast provides a filling breakfast, full of proteins.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 egg whites
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Heat a large skillet and sprinkle with vegetable spray.
Brown the garlic for 1 minute and add the spinach, cook until well cooked and remove from heat.
In a deep bowl lightly whisk egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
Put the whites in the hot pan and let cook for 1 minute.
Put the spinach in the middle of the egg and fold the egg over them. Turn the egg to brown the other side for 1 more minute.

PRESENTATION

Cut the omelette in two (they are 2 portions) and serve accompanied by a sauce (green, red or chipotle.)

Una excelente opción para el Almuerzo si lo... Excelente! Agrégale un poco de queso de mozzarella o de bufala y acompáñala con una crema de vegetales o verduras  más  un jugo de fruta.
