Can you imagine a pan-cauliflower pizza that is fat-free? Well, with FlavorStone® it is possible, since thanks to its non-stick coating, you will not need to add butter or oil to this pizza to the pan, which in addition to being delicious, is very healthy. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Flavor Stone® skillet
  • enough cooking spray oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, for pizza
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, grated
  • 1 cup beefsteak tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano

Preparation

Grate the cauliflower finely on a board.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl with a rag, cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess water, remember that it must be as wet as possible.
Add the egg, the almond flour, the Parmesan cheese, the oregano, the thyme, the salt and mix until you have a homogeneous mass.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Place the spread dough on the FlavorStone® skillet and shape into pizza.
Pour the sauce, the asadero cheese, the tomato and the oregano. Cover and cook over very low heat for about 30 minutes or until the dough is well cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy.

Serve hot and accompany with your favorite drink.

TIPS

You can substitute almond flour for ground oats.
