Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams green pea
  • 500 grams dough, ravine
  • 1 red onion
  • cheeses, Grated Massdam
  • olive oils, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200º C.
Place the dough by lining a mold (remove what sticks out), pierce with a fork, cover with vegetable paper, put dry chickpeas and bake about 15 minutes.
In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and when it begins to take color, toss the peas, season, cover and leave about 25 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally.
When there are 5 minutes, add the oregano and cheese. Take a few turns, remove from heat, let stand about 5 minutes. Pour over the reserved dough.
Sprinkle with a little more grated cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice accompanied with a rich salad.
