Preparation
Peel the pineapple. Cut into slices with a width of approximately 2 cm and eliminate the fibrous center of the pineapple.
Place a pan with the olive oil to heat. Once it is hot, add the pieces of pineapple so that they are properly browned on both sides. Then do it at a live fire for a few moments so that they are happy.
Cut the cheese into squares. Thread the ingredients into skewers. Alternating pineapple with cheese, and so on. Prepare 8 skewers.
