These filled pita breads are a great option when preparing a quick, healthy and balanced dinner. They are prepared in the blink of an eye, and they suppose a different and exotic dinner.

Preparation
We begin by peppering the breast fillets to cook them in a very hot non-stick pan or pan, with a few drops of olive oil. Once they are well browned, we put out the fire and reserve.
We make a cut in one of the edges of the bread and we introduce in its interior a pair of slices of tomato, a pair of leaves of lettuce (well washed) and a fillet of chicken breast.
Moisten the bread by spraying it with a few drops of water and place it in the oven, preheated to 200º C, for about 10 minutes.
To give a point of flavor and juiciness, accompany this bread with mustard sauce, which we will get by mixing mayonnaise with old mustard to taste.
Serve freshly made.
