Ingredients

4 servings
  • 100 milliliters of San Juan® Egg White
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 8 white mushrooms
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1/4 of onion filleted
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 5 grams of salt
  • 3 grams of black pepper
  • 20 milliliters of olive oil
  • 4 anchovies

Preparation

Add oil to a pan and fry the garlic and onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the anchovies. Pour the San Juan® Egg Claras.
Seal the portobello mushrooms and season with salt. Place the cheese.
Serve on top of a loaf.

PRESENTATION

Serve on top of a slice of bread.

Clean the mushrooms with a wet cloth.
