Ingredients

5 servings
  • 5 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion in very thin slices
  • 3 cups of spinach clean
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground black pepper
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree Flavored Del Fuerte®
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 200 grams of feta cheese (match in 4)
  • 2 spoonfuls of chili flake

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add the onion and cook for a minute more. Add the spinach and cook for five minutes. Salt pepper.
    Heat the remaining oil in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the Condimentado Del Mashed Tomato Puree. Cook for five minutes, stir constantly. Add the salt and reserve.
    Place the mushrooms in a baking tray, add tablespoons of mashed potatoes, spinach and a piece of cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle chili flakes.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with bread.
