Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. (357 °F)
In a pot with 3 cups of boiling water and a little salt, cook the quinoa for 15 minutes or until it burst. Drain and cool.
In a processor, process the lentils until you obtain a puree.
In a bowl, mix the lentils with the cooked quinoa, the egg, the parmesan cheese, the ground bread, the red onion, the red pepper, the garlic, the paprika, the cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
Form patties on a wooden board with your hands.
Place on a previously greased tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
For the dip, in a bowl, add the cheese with the yogurt, add the garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Serve patties with the dressing and enjoy.
