Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Water
  • 1 1/2 cups of quinoa
  • enough of Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of lentil cooked
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 3 spoonfuls of red onion
  • 1/2 Cup of Red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1 package of cream cheese for the dip (190 g)
  • 1/4 of Cup of yogurt for the dip
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped, for the dip
  • enough of lettuce To accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pot with 3 cups of boiling water and a little salt, cook the quinoa for 15 minutes or until it burst. Drain and cool.
    In a processor, process the lentils until you obtain a puree.
    In a bowl, mix the lentils with the cooked quinoa, the egg, the parmesan cheese, the ground bread, the red onion, the red pepper, the garlic, the paprika, the cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
    Form hamburgers on a wooden board with the help of your hands.
    Place on a previously greased tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    For the dip, in a bowl, add the cheese with the yoghurt, add the garlic, season with salt and pepper.
    Serve hamburgers with the dressing and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    On a plate, accompanied by a mixture of lettuce and the garlic dip.

    TIPS

    Rinse the quinoa before cooking, otherwise due to its high content of saponins, it could become bitter. So that you do not undo the burgers, it is necessary to compress them very well with your hands, in this way they will remain firm.
