Enjoy the benefits of the chia seeds with this recipe of Raspberry Water with Chia that tastes very rich and is not the traditional one with lemon.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 100 grams raspberry, washed and disinfected
  • 5 cups water
  • sugar, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed

Preparation

Blend the raspberries with a little water, pass the juice through a sieve.
Add all the ingredients, leaving the chia until the end.
Stir well and serve.
