  • Water, tibia

  • 1 jar sauce for pizza

Preparation

We take a large tray to place all the flour, normally we find Rosal flour, that can also be used
We add all the ingredients without stirring to one, which are eggs, oil or butter, pinch of salt, sugar, pepper, garlic salt, oregano and yeast. Do not put the water yet.
Now adding all this to our container containing the flour add a little water and kneading the dough, this will be done with our hands we have to have clean hands, we will add more water if you need it and it is well.

Already inflated the dough we take the molds and we are expanding the dough (I have two molds for my case I can reach the dough well for three molds so this dough is divided into 3 sections and I put them well through my container)

We put it in the oven and let it bake for 50 mint maximum, if you want to be checking the oven can do to know that the pizza is ready to check that the dough is golden brown underneath with a knife or spoonful.
