Preparation
Cut the beet into 1cm cubes, place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the cilantro (as desired) and mix with the beet.
Mix Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% with the beet and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Wash the arugula and dry.
To serve, put a tablespoon or the desired amount of the mixture with beet in the center of the dish and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Place a large fist of arugula on top and decorate with a little more cilantro, sprinkle with olive oil. To serve.
