Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/2 kilos green bean, boiled
  • 1 potato, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 onions, well chopped
  • 4 tablespoons carrot, grated
  • 1 egg, hard, chopped
  • vinaigrette, to taste

Preparation

Mix everything and season to taste. It is highly recommended a dressing of olive oil and vinaigrette.
