Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 white cabbages, washed and disinfected
  • 2 tomatoes, large washes and cuts in rooms or eighths
  • 1 can corn, yellow, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, large cut into strips
  • 400 grams manchego cheese, low-fat oaxaca cut into cubes
  • 4 lemons
  • olive oils, enough
  • bee honey, sufficient quantity
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation
