Ingredients

1 serving
  • 120 grams of salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 of bunch of parsley washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 100 grams of Cherry tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion
  • 1 branch of thyme

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
    Place the parsley in a blender, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the capers, the pepper and the 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Blend until you have a paste, if necessary add 2 tablespoons of water.
    Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Place it in the middle of a piece of aluminum and spread the mixture of parsley on top, covering all sides of the salmon.
    Cover the salmon with aluminum in the form of an envelope so you can open it easily. Bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes. This time may vary depending on your oven.
    Remove the salmon from the oven and open the aluminum carefully to avoid burning yourself with steam inside.
    Combine lemon juice with olive oil. Reservation.
    Cut the purple onion finely and mix it with the cherry tomatoes, add a little thyme, the lemon vinaigrette and a little salt. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the wallpaper salmon along with the cherry tomato salad.

    TIPS

    You can accompany the salad with the vegetables that you like the most.

    A través de Android Me encanto, solo k el salmón es algo caro pero seria genial poderlo sustituir con algún otro filete

    salmón empapelado me parece riquísimo, pero les faltó poner en los ingredientes las  2 cucharadas de jugo de limón y en cuanto al aceite de oliva es  1 o son 3 como viene en las instrucciones? No sean malitos por favor compartan como debe de ser la receta.
