Preparation
Marinate the tofu in soy sauce for one hour.
Heat a frying pan or wok and add the sesame oil and add the sliced onion.
Sauté one minute and add the garlic and ginger. Cook another minute moving the ingredients permanently and incorporate all the vegetables except the tofu and the soybean sprouts. Cook for three minutes moving continuously.
Add the soy sauce to the sautéed and mix well.
In a separate pan brown the tofu marinated on both sides.
Add the golden tofu to the sautéed, cook everything together for a minute and add the soybean sprouts, mix well and turn off.
Serve and decorate with sesame.
