  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 centimeters ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 40 milliliters sesame oil
  • 50 milliliters soy sauce, fermented naturally
  • 1 red pepper, cut in julienne
  • 20 mushrooms, cut in quarters
  • 1/4 kilos green bean, blunt and cut diagonally
  • 200 grams broccoli, cut into small trees
  • 200 grams cauliflower, cut into small trees
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut in half moons
  • 200 grams tofu, cut into boxes
  • soy sauce, extra to marinate the tofu
  • soybean sprouts
  • sesame seeds, to the taste to decorate


Marinate the tofu in soy sauce for one hour.
Heat a frying pan or wok and add the sesame oil and add the sliced ​​onion.
Sauté one minute and add the garlic and ginger. Cook another minute moving the ingredients permanently and incorporate all the vegetables except the tofu and the soybean sprouts. Cook for three minutes moving continuously.
Add the soy sauce to the sautéed and mix well.
In a separate pan brown the tofu marinated on both sides.
Add the golden tofu to the sautéed, cook everything together for a minute and add the soybean sprouts, mix well and turn off.
Serve and decorate with sesame.

You can add other vegetables according to the taste of each one, you can also prepare with chicken, shrimp, beef or well, mixing all the ingredients.
