Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 balls mozzarella cheese
  • Basil leaves, small or finely chopped
  • olive oils
  • balsamic vinegars
  • salt
  • ground pepper

Preparation

Split the tomatoes in half so that there are two oval halves, then with a spoon remove seeds and the whole inner part of the tomato. Place them on top of a serving tray or plate.
Place inside the halves of tomato without seeds, two balls of mozzarella cheese and on top the leaves of basil, salt and pepper.
Then add a drizzle of olive oil to taste and a splash of balsamic vinegar
