Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup soy
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Chili pepper, optional
  • lemon juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Hydrate the soy with boiling water and salt for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, chop the chili and cut the avocado into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the soy, onion, avocado, chili and ketchup, add the lemon juice and season with salt to taste.

PRESENTATION

You can present it in two ways on toast or in a cocktail glass with crackers.

TIPS

You can add a bit of chopped cilantro if you wish.
