  • 250 grams longaniza sausage, chopped
  • 2 cups pineapple, chopped
  • 50 grams guajillo chili, dry
  • 1 aromatic herb, dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, cool
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil, liquid
  • 2 cups white onion, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 15 lemon, cut in half
  • 30 corn tortillas, hot
  • sauces, of your preference
  • 1 pinch sea salt, to your taste.


Hydrate the soy in boiling water with salt, garlic, onion, herbs, then pass it through a sieve and set aside.
Put half a teaspoon of oil in a pan, add the sausage until it is cold and set aside.
Put half a teaspoon of oil in a skillet and add the chopped pineapple until it is fried and releases the juice. Set aside.
Grill the guajillo chiles and ground in the blender dry and set aside.
Put 2 teaspoons of oil in a saucepan, add the hydrated soybeans, stor for 10 minutes, then add the longaniza, stir for 5 minutes, then add the pineapple with the juice of 5 lemons and continue stirring for 5 minutes, add the dried guajillo chile and salt to taste, stir for 5 minutes and then turn off.
The tacos are made with hot tortillas, cilantro onion, lemon and sauce to taste.


On a platter and with a rich sauce.

Deliciosa receta♡ Súper saludable. Yo guise la piña con tiras de cebolla. La soya yo la había cocido aparte solo con sal. Así que con lo que "tenía que cocerla" lo hace y se lo agregue a la licuadora. Utilice un 2 dientes de ajo y mejorana.. de verdad tenía sabor a pastor, mi padre y hermano no notaron la soya hasta que se los mencione. Mi novio quedó encantado♡ Gracias
