Delicious soy meatballs to enjoy without guilt so popular. This version is perfect for all people who want to take care of their health, vary from traditional recipes and nourish their children in the best way.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup soy meat
  • 1/3 cups bread crumbs, integral or ground in its absence
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 egg whites
  • oregano
  • salt

Preparation

Soak the soy meat approximately 10 minutes so that it acquires consistency.
Meanwhile, it is time to grate the wholemeal bread in case you do not have one purchased, it is important that it is integral because this makes it much lower in calories.
Mix the bread with the soy meat in a bowl, add the egg whites, the salt, the oregano, the onion and the garlic. You can also add different spices and grated vegetables to taste.
Make balls in the shape of meatballs and place them on a plate.
Take to preheated oven 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Remove the meatballs and finish cooking them by submerging them in a typical tomato sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the sauce on top, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese. Decorate with laurel leaves.

TIPS

Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
