Ingredients

6 portions
  • Pam® Olive, Canola oil spray
  • 600 grams beef brisket, cooked and shucked
  • 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 romaine lettuces, chopped
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 avocados, in squares
  • 6 pickled jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 red onions, filleted
  • 120 grams panela cheese, grated
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Mix the shredded meat with the tomato, the lettuce, the avocado, the parsley, the jalapeño pepper, the purple onion.
Spray 4 shots of PAM® Oliva to the whole salad, squeeze the lemons, season, and stir.

PRESENTATION

When serving spread the grated panela cheese, and toast with toast and sauces from Monte®
