Delicious oatmeal, special for breakfast, typical German recipe, you will love to wake up with this delicious dish.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1/2 cups oats, in flakes
  • 1/4 cups sugar, or sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Fresh fruits

Preparation

In a saucepan put the milk and sugar and heat until it starts to boil.
Add the oats, mix and cook at medium temperature, moving constantly with the help of a wire to beat.
Cook until thick.
Serve immediately, accompany with fruit and decorate with cinnamon powder.

Creo que tiene demasiada azúcar, yo lo hago solo con 2 cucharadasde azúcar y al raz , y a veces hasta sin azúcar

Woow creo que es una bomba de azúcar, 1/4 de taza, yo usaría el suplemento o azúcar Morena y en mucha menor cantidad.
