Spinach and egg white burgers are the perfect choice for those who do not eat meat or for those days where you crave something light, different and with a spectacular taste. Ingredients

2 portions
  • 200 milliliters San Juan® Egg White
  • 2 bunches spinach, washed and cut finely
  • 200 grams cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Whiten the spinach. Drain and add finely chopped onion and garlic s.
Add the grated cheese.
Season with pepper and salt. Mix with egg whites.
Grease a hot pan.
Form the burgers with a metal ring. Allow them to cook. Once ready, remove from the pan and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a delicious mashed potatoes.

TIPS

If you notice that the mixture is very watery, you can add a few teaspoons of flour.
