This recipe is for you to complete your healthy salads and is full of creaminess and flavor thanks to Zwan® Leg Ham, with an artisanal baking, which makes all the difference in simple preparations like this one. Enjoy eating balanced!

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 package Zwan® leg ham
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups celery, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups canned corn, yellow, drained
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, natural
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice, without seeds
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • avocados
  • enough lemon juice, without seeds, for avocado
  • enough parsley

Preparation

On a short board the Zwan® Leg Ham into small squares.
In a bowl, mix the onion together with the tomato, celery, cucumber, yellow corn, paprika, Zwan® Leg Ham in squares, Greek yogurt, honey, mustard, lemon juice and parsley ; Season with salt and pepper. Integrate evenly and refrigerate until use.
With the help of a knife, cut the avocado horizontally, trying to turn the avocado on the edge of the knife and not the other way around; this is the most careful way to do it. Open and remove the pit, pour lemon over the avocado to prevent it from rusting. Reserve until use.
Fill the avocado with the salad and decorate with chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with parsley.

TIPS

You can substitute the avocado for hard-boiled egg.
