Tacos de Adobada with Soy

This soy taco recipe is healthy, inexpensive and easy to prepare; soy takes a taste of ground beef. Prepare it and feed your family healthily.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 500 grams of soy
  • 100 grams of bacon chopped
  • 4 red tomatoes roasted
  • 3 chile de árbol peppers roasted
  • 1 onion finely chopped medium
  • oils taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 20 Corn tortillas
  • coriander finely chopped

    Preparation

    Soak the soy with enough water for 15 minutes, remove it from the water and squeeze to remove excess water and reserve.
    Fry the bacon in a medium skillet (in extra oil the soybeans will be added) and reserve.
    In the same pan fry the onion and then add the soy for 5 minutes and stir, mix the tomatoes, chilies, a little water and salt to taste and pour into the pan.
    Cover and leave for 10 minutes moving occasionally to medium flame and ready. Soy is served in the corn tortilla with a little coriander.

    TIPS

    To add flavor to the tacos you can add tomato chili.
