This birria, unlike the traditional one, is very nutritious, super economical and easy to prepare. Ideal for a taquiza, and perfect for the whole family for its low caloric and fat content.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 450 grams of soy textured
  • laurels
  • 3 Mirasol Chilli peppers
  • 3 nopales
  • chile de árbol peppers to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
  • black pepper fat woman
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 kilo of green tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • fresh coriander chopped

    Preparation

    Uncover the chiles on a plate, save the seeds. Dora chillies a little, taking care not to burn to not bitter. Dora in that pan or comal the garlic, and then the seeds with the sesame seeds.
    Roast the tomatoes in a comal, right there you can roast the chile de árbol (the ones you like). Add to the blender with the other ingredients that you roasted, blend until everything is completely integrated.

    Place the sauce in a pan with hot oil, add the soybeans and nopales and let it simmer until it cooks and becomes impregnated with flavor. Add the cinnamon slit to release flavor, season with spices, salt and pepper. Remove the cinnamon before serving.
    Heat tortillas on both sides, when they are soft place a portion of the birria in the middle.
    Wash and disinfect cilantro and chop finely. Cut the onion into small squares. Accompany your tacos with them.

    PRESENTATION

    Add lemon, coriander, chopped onion, radish and sauce of your choice.

    TIPS

    At the time of cooking the soy you can add some natural orange juice to lighten its flavor.

    lo que buscaba!!! hice la receta; solo que se me hizo demasiada soya (450grs) , al hidratarla rindió como 10 tazas y solo utilicé la mitad y me rindió mucho ,¡ más de 4 porciones! ( claro que la acompañé con arroz, pero esto estuvo de más, por que al fin de cuentas la comimos en tacos .)Además es una receta muy económica, 220 grs a sólo 5.00. La recomiendo mucho y más si ya estas harto de la carne y quieres ahorrar.¡¡¡ muy deliciosa!!!!
