We all love guacamole, because we do not prepare it in tacos to be able to eat it in a different way!

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1/4 cups light cream
  • 1 teaspoon liquid seasoning
  • 4 avocados from Mexico, medium, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, medium, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, without seeds, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10 tortillas

Preparation

Mix the half cream, seasoning juice and avocado gently in a medium bowl.
Add the tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and lemon juice.
Combine until everything is incorporated.
Heat the tortillas in a pan.
Fill tortillas with guacamole.
