Preparation
Wash the soy perfectly.
Put it to cook with water, salt and bay leaves.
When it is already soft, remove from the heat and let it cool.
Wash the soy again, thoroughly washed and drain.
In a saucepan fry the soy a little.
In the blender, grind the nobile chiles and guizar chili, 1 clove of garlic, water (only the necessary one that does not protrude much from the pan where the soy is being frying) and salt (the chilies without seeds and without veins).
