It is a recipe for soy tacos that is very economical, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 cup soy
  • 6 guajillo chilies, or chile de nopalero
  • 1 ancho chili pepper
  • 2 bay (laurel), leaves
  • 2 onions
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 grams fresh coriander
  • 2 cups Water
  • 20 tortillas

Preparation

Wash the soy perfectly.
Put it to cook with water, salt and bay leaves.
When it is already soft, remove from the heat and let it cool.
Wash the soy again, thoroughly washed and drain.
In a saucepan fry the soy a little.
In the blender, grind the nobile chiles and guizar chili, 1 clove of garlic, water (only the necessary one that does not protrude much from the pan where the soy is being frying) and salt (the chilies without seeds and without veins).
Strain the mixture and transfer it to the pan where the soy is frying.
Leave it for a while in the fire, as soon as it is boiling, leave it for 5 minutes until it dries a little and put out the fire.
Form the tacos and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with onion, finely chopped cilantro and a tomato sauce or the verduura of your choice.
