  • 8 slices Brie cheese
  • 3 cambray onions
  • 100 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 40 milliliters olive oil
  • 12 leaves arugula
  • 4 grams ground pepper
  • 10 grams flower of salt

Preparation
