Preparation
Chop all the vegetables finely, remember to remove the seeds to the tomato and serrano chili, reserve.
Cook the nopales with water and teaspoon of baking soda for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped vegetables and nopales in a bowl.
Add white vinegar and olive oil, season with salt.
Mix well the preparation.
