Ingredients

  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes, big
  • 400 grams potato
  • 3 eggs
  • 75 grams butter
  • olive oils
  • 1 butter nut
  • ground pepper

Preparation

Cut a lid on the tomatoes and empty the meat with a spoon, squeezing gently.
