Prepare this healthy version of ceviche made with jicama with mango, purple onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, habanero pepper, seasoned with a touch of olive oil and oregano. Enjoy this summer with this delicious and refreshing dish.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of jicama median
  • 1 piece of mango
  • 1/2 piece of red onion
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander
  • 1 piece of habanero pepper roast
  • 5 pieces of green lemon cut in half
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of coriander to decorate
  • to taste of avocado in a fan to decorate
  • to taste of fried or toasted corn tortilla baked to accompany

    Preparation

    On a board and with the help of a knife cut the jicama, the mango, the tomato and the diced cucumber. Chop the coriander and habanero chile finely.
    Place all the vegetables in a bowl, mix and squeeze the lemons, add the olive oil, the oregano, salt and pepper.
    Serve on corn toast and garnish with cilantro and avocado.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve your toast with a little avocado.

    TIPS
