Tuna Salad Sealed with Pasta

This recipe for tuna salad sealed with pasta is for a complete meal. Includes the necessary portions for a healthy and delicious dish.

  • 2 slices tuna
  • 1 teaspoon Swiss Knorr
  • seasoning powder, Mc Cormick to taste
  • pinches salt, and pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 package black olive
  • 1 package short pasta, or Rigatoni
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • olive oils
  • 1 bag ziplock
  • 2 zucchini
  • leaves lettuce


Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into cubes, chop the onion and garlic and cut the olives in half
