  • 1 Cup of spinach chopped
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 50 grams of Panela cheese
  • 1/2 piece of jalapeno pepper
  • 4 pieces of tortilla nopal

    Preparation

    Prepare the filling ingredients first. Chop the spinach finely, peel the tomato and remove the seeds, cut it into cubes. Grate the panela cheese and remove the jalapeño seeds.
    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
