This recipe is a delicious plate of vegetable skewers with a tasty cream dressing so you can enjoy this variety of flavors in the company of all your family and friends.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red onion, girl, peeled, sliced ​​in half and cut into thick slices
  • 2 zucchini, medium, cut into slices
  • 16 mushrooms, clean
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 wooden sticks, 10 inches
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, Non-dairy Cream for Liquid Coffee
  • 15 leaves basil
  • 2 ounces Philadelphia® cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 6 ounces greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cups cheese, bleu crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoons guajillo chili, powdered
  • 1/4 teaspoons table salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, leaves

Preparation

Thread the chile morron, onion, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes on the skewers, alternating colors and flavors.
Combine Coffee-mate, basil, cream cheese, yoghurt, bleu cheese, garlic, guajillo powder and salt in a food processor, press until smooth.
Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with rosemary and reserve.
Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Spread the skewers with olive oil.
Roast, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender on all sides.
Serve the vegetables with the yoghurt cream.
