Preparation
To make bananas (tostones): Heat the oil to its maximum point. Peel and cut the banana in half, finishing in 2 slices each half. Fry on both sides 1 minute. In a table crushed to obtain the desired thickness, I prefer them as finite as possible. Bring to the oil again until they are well roasted.
Put zucchini, chives, spinach and corn (corn) together with ricotta in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Serve bananas with our vegetarian preparation on top. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
