You can not believe how delicious this pizza with cauliflower bits is! Exquisite vegetarian pizza with a super crunchy crust, homemade tomato sauce, a variety of vegetables dipped in olive oil and lots of mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of Cauliflower Eva® Bits dough
  • 1 piece of egg dough
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt dough
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper dough
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour integral, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 pieces of tomato poached and finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato puree
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of sea salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 twig of thyme
  • 1 twig of basil
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella grated
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper of colors, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive sliced
  • 1/4 of Cup of mushroom filleted
  • 1/8 of piece of red onion filleted
  • 3 pieces of artichoke heart cut in quarters
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of arugula to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the dough, place in a bowl the cauliflower Eva® bits and dehydrate in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes at maximum power.
    Mix the cauliflower with the egg, salt, pepper and flour. Knead until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
    On a greased tray, spread the cauliflower dough with a rolling pin to form a circle. Bake for 15 minutes.
    For the sauce, in a pan over medium heat cook the onion and garlic with the olive oil. Add the tomato and mash and cook about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs, cook 5 minutes more.
    Spread the sauce over the pre-cooked pizza dough, cover with cheese and arrange the vegetables. Bullet with olive oil and season with salt. Bake 5 minutes or until gratine.
    Remove from the oven, decorate with arugula and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with chile seeds.

    TIPS

    Mix cauliflower bits with bits of broccoli Eva® and rotate the dough.
