  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper, dough
  • 1 cup wheat flour, integral, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tomatoes, poached and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 twig thyme
  • 1 twig basil
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup bell pepper, of colors, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cups olive, sliced
  • 1/4 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1/8 red onions, filleted
  • 3 artichoke hearts, cut in quarters
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt
  • arugula, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the dough, place in a bowl the cauliflower Eva® bits and dehydrate in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes at maximum power.
Mix the cauliflower with the egg, salt, pepper and flour. Knead until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
On a greased tray, spread the cauliflower dough with a rolling pin to form a circle. Bake for 15 minutes.
For the sauce, in a pan over medium heat cook the onion and garlic with the olive oil. Add the tomato and mash and cook about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs, cook 5 minutes more.
Spread the sauce over the pre-cooked pizza dough, cover with cheese and arrange the vegetables. Bullet with olive oil and season with salt. Bake 5 minutes or until gratine.
Remove from the oven, decorate with arugula and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with chile seeds.

TIPS
