Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the dough, place in a bowl the cauliflower Eva® bits and dehydrate in the microwave for 4 to 6 minutes at maximum power.
Mix the cauliflower with the egg, salt, pepper and flour. Knead until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
On a greased tray, spread the cauliflower dough with a rolling pin to form a circle. Bake for 15 minutes.
For the sauce, in a pan over medium heat cook the onion and garlic with the olive oil. Add the tomato and mash and cook about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and herbs, cook 5 minutes more.
Spread the sauce over the pre-cooked pizza dough, cover with cheese and arrange the vegetables. Bullet with olive oil and season with salt. Bake 5 minutes or until gratine.
