Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 nopal cambray
  • 1 lemon, squeeze it
  • 1 glass flaxseed
  • 1/4 cups celery
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

For the water of Linaza you have to cook 1 1/2 tablespoons of Flaxseed with 1 liter of water at medium heat for 10 minutes, let it cool and strain it. Preferably do it one night after you make your smoothie.
In the glass of the blender, add the glass of flaxseed water, celery, nopal, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and honey.
Blend and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany it with a celery wand and enjoy it with your breakfast!

TIPS

If you prefer, you can strain the juice, just keep in mind that this reduces the fiber that the drink gives you.
