Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 mango, large cut into medium pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat natural yogurt
  • 1/2 bananas
  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry juice, White

Preparation

Mix the ingredients in the blender until you get the ideal texture for the smoothie.
Serve very cold.

You can add some ice cubes if you want and a little honey.
