This breakfast is delicious and ideal to start a good day. You can also serve this recipe as a dessert by changing the granola for meringues.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups granola
  • 800 grams low fat yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh berries

Preparation

Take four glasses and add 2 tablespoons of granola to each one.
Put on the granola layer a layer of 3 tablespoons of yogurt.
Repeat these layers until you finish the granola and yogurt, finish with a layer of berries in the 4 glasses.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a mint leaf.
