Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of granola
  • 800 grams of low fat yoghurt
  • 2 cups of fresh berries

    Preparation

    Take four glasses and add 2 tablespoons of granola to each one.
    Put on the granola layer a layer of 3 tablespoons of yogurt.
    Repeat these layers until you finish the granola and yogurt, finish with a layer of berries in the 4 glasses.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with a mint leaf.

    La granola es un alimento formado por nueces, copos de avena mezclados con miel y otrosingredientes naturales. La mezcla se hornea hasta que sea crujiente.
