Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1/3 cups oats, in flakes
  • 1/4 cups skim milk
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste Stevia, or sugar substitute of your choice

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients.
Let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes.
Cook in a non-stick pan covered over low heat, forming the hotcakes until finished with the whole mixture.
