Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of quinoa washed
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos® 150 ml each
  • 4 teaspoons of pistachio chopped, to decorate
  • 4 leaves of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    In a pot over low heat, cook the quinoa with water and a pinch of salt, for 20 minutes covered. Let it cool.
    Divide the quinoa into 4 cups and fill with the kiwi yoghurt.
    Decorate with chopped pistachios and mint leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with chopped pistachios and fresh mint leaves.

    TIPS

    It is important to wash the quinoa very well before cooking, to eliminate the saponin.
