This rich pap is a good option for the care of your baby's skin from 6 to 12 months, since the carrot is rich in vitamin A that helps keep it soft, its renewal and the protection from harmful sunrays.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of Bell pepper washed and disinfected
  • 1 piece of carrot washed and disinfected
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 3/4 of Cup of oats

    Preparation

    Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into cubes.
    Peel the carrot and cut into cubes.
    In a pot over high heat, boil the water and add the vegetables and oats, mix. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
    Blend, cool and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a baby dish.

    TIPS
