Stuffed Cheese Fillet Covered with Bacon

This fascinating recipe for beef fillet, stuffed with grilled cheese will become your undoing with a selection of fresh and balanced ingredients with a unique flavor that only MAGGI® seasoning juice and CROSSE & BLACKWELL® English sauce, give your dishes the touch ideal flavor with a colorful and spicy avocado salad. Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of beef bed sheet
  • 4 spoonfuls of Crosse & Blackwell® English Sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of MAGGI® Juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 Cup of Asadero cheese cut into pieces
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 piece of avocado for the salad, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of mango cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of habañero pepper finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • to taste of lettuce for the salad

    Preparation

    On a refractory place the beef sheets, add English sauce Crosse & Blackwell®, MAGGI® Juice and garlic powder, marina for 10 minutes.
    On a board, put a beef sheet, a piece of cheese, grill, roll and hold with chopsticks if necessary.
    Cover with a slice of bacon, and cook over medium heat in a pan until the meat is cooked and the bacon browned. Reservation.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the avocado with mango, pineapple, tomato, purple onion, habanero pepper and garnish with olive oil and lemon juice.
    Serve the salad on lettuce leaves and on the side a roll of beef fillet.

    TIPS

    You can replace the beef sheet with rib eye, it will be just as soft.
